Non-Fiji customers - Customs, Quarantine, Tariffs, and Taxes The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

 

Store Pickup

1. When the items for the order is available at the pickup store then it shall be arranged within 2-3 working days

2. When the items for the order is not available at the pickup store then it will be arranged from different locations that might take up to 5 - 10 working days.

3. Shipping to Vanua Levu may take up to 10 -15 working days.

4. We are unable to ship items from Vanua Levu to Viti Levu, as we are not authorized to dispatch goods out of Vanua Levu.

Once the order is ready for pickup our team will advise you via call or email.

Delivery
Stinson Pearce Pte Limited Trading as Prouds Website gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. PROUDS Online aims to achieve the delivery time frames set out below.

• 3-7 Business days for within Viti Levu Fiji. (Shipping to Vanua Levu may take up to 7-14 working days)
• 10-15 Business days for selected International countries.

• Orders may also take 10 to 12 business days to reach your chosen pickup store if available in different location within Viti Levu 

 

- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

- Possible delays due to international customs: If you are ordering from outside the country, your shipment may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.

- Contact us if you have any concerns: If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to keep you informed and address any issues that may arise.

- No refunds for delayed deliveries: We do not offer refunds for delayed deliveries, as these delays may be caused by factors outside of our control. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
