What is it made from?

VulaViti Pure is made from sugar cane products that are grown by Fiji farmers across the

islands

How is it made?

We ferment on-site and use traditional distillation methods, first we strip our wash in a

big old pot still, and then we redistill the low wines in a 20+ plate reflux column that

produces a fine and smooth vodka. We take our time and make it by hand

What makes VulaViti different from other vodkas?

Traditional vodkas are generally distilled from wheat, and/or potatoes or grain based

products. All vodkas have a particular taste and mouth feel that is derived from the raw

product. Many vodka distillers filter their product to remove unpleasant tastes and

improve the end result.

In recent times consumers have sought out more interesting vodkas that retain more of

their base character that comes through in the final spirit. VulaViti is a residual character

vodka and the sugarcane is evident in the beautifully soft mouth feel, the end product is

so good it doesn't need to be filtered.

The taste

Taken straight up it is soft smooth, very so slightly sweet vodka that has a very soft round

feel in the mouth. The nose is soft with no astringent overtones. Added to soda the

residual character shines with just a hint of the lush sugar cane from which it is made.
